ABOUT US

Bad Ideas Multisport is a group of runners, cyclists, triathletes, and competitive spectators based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. BIM was born in 2018... or maybe 2017... over a series of regular post-run beers and pizza, starting as a running joke about the contrast between our motley group and actual local multisport teams. Each of us has our own athletic specialties, but we all share a love of mid-race beer, good-natured brinksmanship, and turning really bad ideas into incredibly fun events and experiences.
